The service
Seven lets you listen to music, explore artists, and save favorite songs. You can use the free version without an email address or password: the app creates a guest profile with a random identifier.
Seven initially offers seven artists. Each week, the two least-listened-to artists leave the lineup and two new artists join. The number of active artists may change. A play counts after 60 seconds of active playback. Playing a song again can count as another play if it reaches that threshold again.
Rotation is based on the weekly play totals of active artists.
Favorites and song availability
You can save songs without paying. If an artist leaves the catalog while you are on the free plan, that artist's songs are permanently removed from your favorites. If the artist later returns, you can save them again, but they will not reappear automatically.
With an active Premium subscription, you keep access to your favorite songs from artists who have left the catalog. When the paid Premium period ends, those songs stay in Favorites but are disabled: they cannot be played or included in Favorites playback. Access returns if you subscribe again. A status check may be delayed if Apple or the service is unavailable.
Premium
Premium lets you keep playing saved songs from artists who have left the catalog while your subscription is active. You do not need Premium to listen to active artists or save songs.
The subscription is monthly, auto-renewing, and has no free trial. It costs €0.99 per month in Spain. In other countries, Apple shows the applicable local price before you confirm the purchase.
Apple manages purchases and billing through your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Apple's subscription settings. If you cancel, Premium continues until the end of the paid period. Once that period ends, favorites from artists outside the current lineup remain saved but disabled and cannot play; favorites from active artists remain available. Reactivating Premium restores access to retained favorites.
You may exercise a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of purchase where and under the conditions provided by law. If you expressly request that Premium begin during that period, and the law permits charging for the service provided or excludes withdrawal once digital content supply begins, only the consequence corresponding to the authorizations and notices you accepted at purchase will apply. Canceling renewal prevents future charges but does not by itself request withdrawal or guarantee a refund. You can request a refund through Apple or contact contact.donebylaura@gmail.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact.
You can use Restore Purchases to recover a current subscription linked to your Apple account.
Deleting your Seven profile or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. You must cancel it separately through Apple.
Music, lyrics, and images
All songs and images in Seven were generated with artificial-intelligence tools and selected for the app. Some outputs may not be exclusive or protected by copyright in every territory.
Seven permits you to listen to this content and view images in the app for personal use. You may not download it to redistribute, sell, publish outside Seven, or exploit commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Use and availability
You must not interfere with Seven, attempt to access other people's profiles, bypass security measures, or copy or exploit the catalog outside permitted uses.
Seven may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or technical incidents. If the service or these terms change materially, an updated version will be published. Your statutory consumer rights will always be respected.
Privacy and profile deletion
Seven's Privacy Policy, available in the app and on the official website, explains what data is processed, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. You can delete your profile in Settings. Aggregated weekly totals are retained for the period stated in that policy and cannot be attributed to an individual profile.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. If you are a consumer, disputes will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction under consumer-protection rules.
